The English may not have always had a reputation for food but evidently they’ve stepped up their game, particularly in the breakfast area.
Fazenda Coffee Roasters, located in Dedham, Massachusetts, provides premium coffee to Boston area restaurants, cafes, and consumers. They import raw coffee beans from across the world, including Costa Rica, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Mexico. Focusing on primarily single origin coffee, the final beans are the product of rigorous testing of beans, roasts, and brewing techniques.
This Saturday and Sunday, Boston University Ski Team competed at Sunday River in Newry, Maine. Tom Corcoran (CAS ’19) and Kyle Burton (CAS ’21) celebrate two strong runs at the end of a long race day Saturday, when teams competed in slalom racing. The team is now ranked fourth in the USCSA Thompson Division, putting them in contention for a spot racing at the 2018 regional championship. The USCSA Thompson Division includes Boston University, Northeastern University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Tufts University, Holy Cross, Connecticut College, Trinity College, and Norwich University.
